Anxiety Relief

The inability to tolerate or bear uncertainties plays a huge role in anxiety. It becomes very tough to be productive in your day to day life when anxiety and worry starts dominating your thoughts. Once you are done with writing, rate them in order of importance from least to most. Analyze them and start to make decisions about how to get over such stressful and anxious things. The basic idea is to make you think for practical solutions that would act as an agent for anxiety relief. And if none of your ideas work, just make a conscious decision not to think negatively to a particular stress.

Just ask yourself if you can let it go without compromising the principles of your life. Decide the priorities of life and organize them in an order. For an anxiety relief, learn to say NO, the more you say it the easier it becomes to let go all your anxiety and stress. Laughter is truly the best medicine to reduce the stress levels. Have friends that could make you laugh, get some funny books or a collection of jokes, just anything that could give you giggles.
